FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE

  • All orders need to be placed by 9 AM Wednesday for next week’s delivery day
  • If your order is placed after 9 AM Wednesday it will be logged for the following week
  • We offer a delivery service to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA. To see if we deliver to your zone/suburb please click here to view our full delivery area list.
  • Delivery is charged at $10, $12 OR $25 depending on your delivery address. This is calculated at the checkout.
  • We will confirm via email what day your order will be delivered on. It is your responsibility to check junk/spam inbox for this email as they can land there.
  • The night before your delivery is due you will receive a text message from our courier company. This text message will include a tracking link and ETA for delivery.
  • Once your order has arrived, our courier service will send you a text message with a photo, so please ensure you add your mobile to your delivery address. Landlines will not be accepted, and email notifications are not sent out.
  • All raw products are blast frozen prior to leaving. They come pre-packaged in a plastic vac sealed pouch.
  • All deliveries come in a high-grade cardboard box with ice pack/s so that your order stays cool if you are not there to accept the delivery. Your order will stay at a safe temperature for up to 8 hours from its delivery time.
  • Our packaging box is cardboard which can be placed into your recycling bin. The icepack, biobag or thermal bag packed inside your box will need to be placed in your general waste bin.
  • When selecting delivery bracket time please take in to consideration whether or not your order will be safe until you are able to collect the order. We do not recommend customers who live in a unit block to select 00:00-07:00 bracket as orders can be stolen. RAW K-9 will not be responsible for orders that have been stolen following delivery.
  • Delivery will be made any time between the selected time slot. We do not offer specific time selections.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address placed on the order is an address you will be able to accept / receive the order.
  • Redirecting orders can be achieved. However, you will need to provide us (RAW K-9) 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled delivery day. After this time orders can not be redirected.

PAYMENT DATE

  • When changing your payment date, please note that your payment needs to be successful no later than 9 AM Wednesday
  • You need to set your payment day 6 | 7 OR 9 days BEFORE you would like your delivery

PLEASE NOTE: VIC & QLD and some NSW orders – that is 1 whole week or longer for turn around. Our prep team and logistics company need plenty of notice to ensure your order is made in full and then delivered to the requested address on time.

Whilst we try our very best to ensure the correct time of delivery for your order, unfortunately, you may receive your delivery outside of our stated delivery windows. This can occur but not often, due to high volumes of deliveries, traffic conditions and weather conditions that are unfortunately out of our hands. 

At the checkout, we give our customers the chance to enter in their delivery instructions. Please ensure you leave as much detail as possible so our courier company can deliver your order exactly as you have requested. If you do not leave any instructions, our courier service will leave your order in the safest place possible.
