What if I can’t be there to accept delivery?

When selecting a delivery time bracket, please take into consideration whether or not your order will be safe until you can collect it. We do not recommend customers who live in a unit block to select the 00:00–07:00 bracket, as orders can be stolen. RAW K-9 will not be responsible for orders that have been stolen following delivery. 

You are asked to enter and submit your delivery instructions at the checkout. Please leave as much detail as possible so our courier company can deliver your order exactly as you requested. If you do not leave instructions, our courier service will leave your order in the safest place possible.
