How long will the meals stay frozen outside the fridge?

All raw products are blast-frozen prior to leaving. They come pre-packaged in a plastic vacuum-sealed pouch. All deliveries come in a high-grade cardboard box with ice pack/s so that your order stays cool if you are not there to accept the delivery. Your order will stay at a safe temperature for up to 10 hours from its delivery time.
